The Handmaid's Tale, developed by Bruce Miller (April 26, 2017)
Hulu's upcoming original series The Handmaid's Tale is based on Margaret Atwood's 1985 dystopian novel of the same name, and if the trailer is any indication, the series will be just as creepy as the source material. Elisabeth Moss stars as the protagonist stuck in a future New England that has been taken over by religious fanatics who strip women off all of their rights. Jospeh Fiennes and Alexis Bledel co-star in a show that suddenly feels much more topical than when it was first announced.
